Terms of Service
1. The Service
The MonZphere Zabbix Module Builder is a Claude Code plugin that scaffolds Zabbix 7.x frontend modules. Subscribing to the Service ($5 USD/month, billed monthly via Stripe) grants you a license key that enables the plugin to generate modules.
2. Subscription, billing, refunds
- The subscription auto-renews monthly until you cancel through the Stripe-hosted billing portal or by emailing support@monzphere.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — your license remains active until then.
- We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months. If you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
3. License grant
While your subscription is active, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin to generate Zabbix frontend modules. The Zabbix modules you generate are yours — you may use, modify, and distribute them in your own projects without restriction, provided you keep the "Developed by MonZphere" footer that the templates include.
4. What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the plugin itself or modified copies of it.
- Bypass, disable, or impersonate the license validation mechanism.
- Operate a competing license-issuing service using this codebase.
- Share your license key with people outside your organization.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable law and not to use it to generate modules for systems you do not own or have authorization to modify.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or attempt to bypass the license check. We will notify you by email before termination unless the violation is severe.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonZphere's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Privacy
Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the operator's jurisdiction.
