Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what data the MonZphere Zabbix Module Builder service ("the Service") collects, why we collect it, and how we handle it. The Service is the website at app.monzphere.com/builder/ and the associated Claude Code plugin monzphere-zabbix-module-builder distributed at github.com/Monzphere/zabbix-module-builder.
1. What we collect
We collect only what is required to deliver and bill the subscription:
- Email address — captured by Stripe during checkout; we receive it via webhook to associate it with your license.
- License key — a random identifier we generate (format
mnz_…) and link to your subscription. - Stripe customer and subscription IDs — opaque identifiers issued by Stripe; we use them solely to verify subscription status.
- Timestamps — when your license was created, last updated, and last validated.
- Server access logs — IP address, user agent, request path, and timestamp for requests to
app.monzphere.com/builder/. Logs are retained up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
We do not collect or store your payment card data. Card information is handled exclusively by Stripe; it never reaches our servers.
2. What the plugin sends
When the Claude Code plugin validates your license, it makes an HTTPS request to https://app.monzphere.com/builder/api/license/validate containing only the license key. The plugin does not transmit your source code, your generated modules, your Zabbix instance data, or any other content from your computer.
3. Why we use the data
- Issue and validate your license key so the plugin can scaffold modules.
- Process your monthly subscription (via Stripe) and reflect cancellations or payment failures.
- Send service-related communications (receipts, security notices, end-of-subscription notices).
- Detect abuse and operate the Service securely.
We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising on the Service. We do not share your email address with third parties for marketing.
4. Third parties
The Service relies on the following processors:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Hosting — the Service runs on infrastructure controlled by MonZphere; no third-party analytics or trackers are loaded by
app.monzphere.com/builder/.
5. Data retention
License records are retained while your subscription is active and for up to 24 months after cancellation, for accounting and reactivation purposes. After that period, identifiable fields (email) are deleted; aggregated subscription metadata may be retained indefinitely for tax and compliance records.
6. Your rights
You may, at any time, request that we:
- Confirm what data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data (e.g., a wrong email).
- Delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements such as Brazilian tax law).
- Export your data in a portable format.

7. Cookies
The landing site at app.monzphere.com/builder/ does not set tracking cookies. Stripe Checkout, when you proceed to payment, sets its own cookies on the Stripe-hosted checkout page; see Stripe's privacy policy for details.
8. Security
We use TLS for all transport, store the license database with file-system permissions restricted to the operator account, and rotate webhook signing secrets if compromise is suspected. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your license key has been leaked, contact us and we will revoke and reissue it.
9. Children
The Service is intended for professional users (engineers, sysadmins) and is not directed at children under 13.
10. Changes
If we materially change this policy we will update the "Effective date" above and notify subscribers by email. Continued use of the Service after the new effective date constitutes acceptance.
